It’s getting closer to Summer and another TAT Summer Classic held at The Orleans Casino in Las Vegas, NV. For those of you that aren’t familiar with our tournament, The TAT is a week along qualifying event which has 10 different tournaments that run simultaneously throughout the week and has over 450+ ways to cash. The TAT is for Amateurs only which means there are no PBA members or $10,000 winners in the past 7 years. All of our $25,000 winners are TRUE AMATEURS and no one has been in the Top 4 twice.

Every participant will receive the new Ebonite Magic high performance bowling ball with their first entry with hundreds of bowlers also receiving a second ball, The One Pearl also by Ebonite. Also, if you enter early you can also receive free squads but walk-ins are always welcomed at the tournament. Just a reminder, our first early entry deadline is May 15th which means your entry must be postmarked by the 15th to receive your extra squads for free. For these reasons among others the TAT is known as the “Value” megabuck tournament because you get so much with your entry.

The TAT is a tournament run by bowlers for bowlers and we could not put this event on twice annually without the support and loyalty of our customers as well as the entire bowling community. We rely on bowlers to get the word out and bring their friends, colleagues, and league members to our tournament and we reward these bowlers with cheaper squads, free balls, and even free squads. We also raise our prize fund with entries so the more people you bring along, the more money will be given out at our tournament.

For those of you that are familiar with the TAT, a big change for the bowlers is the way the marathon entries are counted. For the first time, when there are squad cuts or more than 1 cut a day, the Marathons will be counted as a whole entry instead of .5 or ½ entry. The next big change is the RNF division. Bowlers who get moved into their age division from the RNF will be added on as bonuses and will not affect the other cuts. Together, this will put at least 15-25 more bowlers into the finals at not extra cost to bowlers.
